Biosafety Protocols

 

  • All our cars and staff are disinfected before a tour or activity starts.
  • All our guides and drivers will be using during the entire trip all the protecting elements to guarantee the biosafety of our passengers.
  • We ask all travelers to bring and use their own face masks and antiseptic alcohol during the entire tour/activity.
  • Our guides or drivers will make a survey to our passengers about symptoms and/or illness related to the COVID-19 before the tour.
  • We will guarantee the social distance in every place and activity where we can have control of it.
  • We will implement the technology and the facilities to access easily the majority of the places visited
  • We will avoid physical contact, shake hands, kisses, or hugs
  • The number of travelers on each tour will be limited according to the tour and visited places.
  • In case of any COVID-19 positive case, our guides/drivers will act under the biosafety protocols.
